YES! Yet another “DayToday” video from those Taylor Gang hooligans, and this might be the best one yet probably because it’s from their European adventure. It’s like a bunch of bull in a china shop. Shouts to the homie Will and King Miller with the epic appearance. I definitely high giggled to this video and I don’t even smoke. *Wiz laugh…*

Video: Chris Brown – Next 2 You (feat. Justin Bieber)
June 17th, 2011What in the bleach blonde, Good Morning America-window bashing hell is this video?! First of all, this video has LITERALLY NOTHING to do with the song. Second of all, why the hell are you dancing if it’s the end of the world (and why do the dancers look like they are straight out of Missy’s “Get Your Freak On” music video???)? Third of all, Biebs, you know I’m one of the rare few who give you the credit you deserve, but knock it off with this “lemme get my grown man on with a dramatic ending kiss” bullshit. C’mon!
All that aside, I’m not afraid to admit that I actually like this record. Yes, I said it. I fucks with this record. Breezy’s F.A.M.E. is in stores and reaching platinum status. Don’t call it a comeback!
Cris Cab – Life Goes On
June 14th, 2011The homie D.Solo’s little homie recently released his debut EP, Foreword. Here’s the stand out track, “Life Goes On.” The 18-year old Miami native recently graduated high school and is currently on tour. Above is the visual for another track off the EP. Make sure to check out the kid when he hits your town and make sure you go grab the Foreword EP on iTunes.

Big Sean – High (feat. Wiz Khalifa & Chiddy Bang)
June 14th, 2011Out of all of the tracks that I could have posted from Sean’s Finally Famous album, I chose “High,” because in a weird way, it’s one of the stand out tracks on the album, which really reminded me of Sean’s earliest material. Not to mention the homie Wiz is featured on the track (hence the name of the track). Expect a full album review of Big Sean’s Finally Famous, coming soon, because I am so effin’ surprised at how DOPE this album is.

And just because the rest of the interwebs are buzzing about this track, Sean and ‘Ye performed this last week at the Heineken G.O.O.D. Music Showcase, and this will most definitely be my theme music for the summer. Marvin Gaye and Chardonnay, anybody?

Cyhi Da Prynce – New Girl feat. Trey Songz
June 14th, 2011The Prince of G.O.O.D. Music teams up with Mr. Steal Yo Girl for a summertime swooning track set to be at the top of your pre-pregame playlist, for the nights when you feel like you are ON.POINT. “New Girl” is slated to live on Cyhi’s mixtape Royal Flush 2, which is dropping tonight. “Yeaaaaaaaah” *Trey voice*
Kelly Rowland – Lay It On Me (feat. Big Sean)
June 14th, 2011The first of many Big Sean-related posts tonight, so please excuse me. Ms. Kelly is preparing to keep things moving while she has the number 1 R&B record in the country with the Weezy-assisted, “Motivation,” which might just be the got damn sexiest record ever. “Lay It On Me” was produced by Hit Boy and penned by Ester Dean, and features Big Sean and could quite possibly be a HUGE second single for Kelly, especially with summer time coming.
Who ever is controlling her project this time around, is on the right track because THIS my friends, is the proper way to strategize and plot out a proper roll-out. Kelly’s Here I Am is slated for a July release.
